Orders & shipping
Yes. Shipping is free on all orders. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Brake rotors are built to order and ship within four business days as a general guideline. Brake pad orders typically ship within one business day. If you need expedited processing or shipping, contact us and our team will review your options.
Items in one order may ship separately because they ship from different locations. Brake rotors ship from Indiana and brake pads ship from Virginia, so each package gets its own tracking number.
Once your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can also use our Track Your Order page with your order number and email, or with your tracking number.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, and we do not ship oversized items to APO or FPO addresses. For international shipping options, call us at 833-456-9747.
Returns & warranty
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items in brand-new condition, in the original packaging, that have not been installed, modified, or assembled. A 15% restocking fee applies unless we shipped the wrong product, the item arrived defective or damaged, or the item is covered by our warranty. See our Refund Policy.
Email customerservice@sp-performance.com to request an RMA number, then write the RMA number clearly on the package before you ship it back.
New SP Performance brake rotors are warranted free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal street use for 12 months or 12,000 miles (19,300 km), whichever occurs first, from the date of retail purchase by the original end user. See our Warranty for what is not covered.
Email customerservice@sp-performance.com with your order information, photos, and measurements. You must have an RMA number before sending anything back. Eligible claims receive a replacement.

Our drilled and slotted brake rotors are machined in the USA. SP Performance is a women-owned brand based in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Read more about us.

Brake components must be installed correctly, and we strongly recommend installation by a qualified automotive professional. Improper installation is not covered by our warranty. Our installation checklist covers the key steps.
